We work with businesses who specialize across a range of different service offerings from technology modernization to advisory services, yet share one thing in common: a dedicated commitment to improving our nation and the lives of its citizens.
Our Leadership Team
Grey Federal LLC was founded by Robert W. Grey a veteran growth and strategy leader in the government contracting industry. Prior to launching Grey Federal, Robert served as a senior leader at several different companies helping to grow their business with federal, state, and local governments. A Shipley Certified Business Development Professional, Robert has deep expertise in leading business development, capture management, and competitive market strategy initiatives across the public sector. He has led captures ranging in size from small $5M-$20M, mid-market $30-$50M, to large enterprise opportunities $70M-100M+. Robert has also helped companies win spots on several large contract vehicles with ceilings over $1 Billion. As a business development professional, Robert has worked with clients across federal health, defense, and civilian agencies. He is a proud alumni of Virginia Tech and earned his MBA at the College of William and Mary where he graduated with honors.
